COD Restrictions:
- Max order value: ₹2,500
- Requires valid mobile OTP verification

- Delivery timelines: 3-7 business days (metro cities), 7-14 days (tier 2/3)
- Free shipping on orders above ₹999
- Tracking details shared via SMS/email
